Our team of quality instructors and consultants along with our experienced, dedicated rescue technicians is staffed primarily by active and retired professional firefighters. Many on our staff are current or former line and chief officers who bring with them years of experience teaching lifesaving skills, working in industrial settings, and providing unwavering leadership. It is these skills that set our instructors, consultants, and rescue technicians apart from many of our competitors.
Although we have worked extensively for many years in the power generation industry and have developed a reputation for being “experts” in this unique field, we also serve all types of industrial and non-industrial clients. As founder and president of Safety Compliance Services, Inc. Don has been involved with providing safety and emergency response support to businesses and industry since the company was founded in 1993. A retired career District Fire Chief, Don brings his 26 years of experience in the professional fire service, including 14 years serving on, and leading, a Hazardous Materials Response Team as well as his experience as an instructor at the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, Maryland to the company and his team. Through the years, Don has developed SCS into a national and international presence serving clients across the country and overseas. Don also recognizes that it is only through the dedicated efforts and outstanding skills and support his management team and entire staff contribute every day that the company has grown and continues to expand its presence.
Nick Wilson is a seasoned professional and the Director of Operations for Safety Compliance Services (SCS). With years of experience in the field, Nick brings extensive knowledge and expertise to his role.
